On October 18, mobile device brand HONOR is set to launch a smartphone with the “first-ever” Solo Cut Mode feature. The smartphone should have a camera that is ideal for vlogging, motion detection and multi-recording functions (simultaneous front and rear camera recording).
Solo cutting mode
Solo Cut mode allows users to produce portrait vlogs that spotlight a specific person in a group video using Person Tracking AF technology.
The new “Solo Cut” feature doesn’t just extend to recording videos. Consumers can also use this feature to live stream both videos at the same time, with the solo view topic highlighted alongside the main video with a full view. It’s perfect for content creators who want to showcase the hero of their moment, and you can easily switch to a different topic with the touch of a finger to easily create your content in a variety of formats.
