Huawei has called for a patent regarding a removable electronic device. So far, the Chinese manufacturer is sweating distributing the patch and new updates to its devices. However, in the meantime, the company is also checking new technologies.
According to the World Intellectual Property Organization, Huawei will use the removable electronic device mentioned in the patent for products such as laptop computers.
In addition, the respective technical elements will use two platform structure mechanisms. The first part of the device will support the first host structure. While the other part of the device will support the second host structure.
Removable electronic device mechanism
According to reports, the first docking system consists of some fundamental components. For example – a base, a gear, a hook and two racks as the first and second, a magnetic element and an elastic element rising on the first base.
Finally, the first part of the rack resides on one side of the gear. Meanwhile, the second cog is on the other side of the gear. The mentioned hook is on one side of the second rack and faces the second host structure.
The same goes for the magnetic element which is placed on one side of the first rack and facing the second reception structure. In addition, the second platform structure leaves room for a second magnetic element as well as a second base.
How it works?
When active, when the first part is linked to the second part, the first magnetic component pushes the first rack from the second part. Subsequently, the gear rotates and activates the second rack so that it can reach another room. The hook extends and accommodates the mooring section. Once the detachable connection has been made between the first and second parts, the elastic element restarts the process again.
